The IV Annual International Conference "TRILOGY" (transport, investments, logistics) took place in Saint-Petersburg on November 11, 2011.

The Conference is a leading complex event in North-West Russia reflecting problems and prospects for the development of the transport-logistic branch, investment attraction and elaboration effective process of activity of Northern Dimension Partnership on Transport and Logistic.

Development of transport and logistics infrastructure is inseparable from the overall integration process of political and economic cooperation. The special role of the North-West Federal District is that it is only District of the Russian Federation bordering with the Member States of the European Union, respectively, the issues related to the development of the transportation system of North-West, harmonization of rules and procedures, developing and launching new investment projects in transport and logistics , harmonization of positions and strategies directly affect participants of international trade of the North-West Russia. This, along with the promotion of investment projects is a major task of Partnerships and the Northern Dimension Business Council. Focusing on these issues, "TRILOGY" as the leading annual branch event is becoming an important element in the development of internal and external economies in the region.
