UNDP is the UN's global development network, advocating for change and connecting countries to knowledge, experience and resources to help people build a better life. It works on the ground in 166 countries, working with them on their own solutions to global and national development challenges. The cooperation with Russia started in 1993. The regional centers of UNDP are situated in Saint Petersburg and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatski. Since 2002 to the august of 2007 on the base of NWDIPA UNDP the project #0001 4621 "The promotion of the business and investment possibilities of the North-West federal region. Strengthening of North-West Development and Investment Promotion Agency's potential" was carried out. Now the project 00057909 "Assistance to the attraction of investment and the development of the inter-regional cooperation of the North-West federal region" is realized.

OECD brings together 30 members committed to democracy and the market economy from around the world. The organization has close relationships with 40 non-member countries, nongovernmental organizations and the representatives of the civil society. OECD is widely known for its publications and statistical reports. OECD's work covers economical and social issues from macroeconomics to trade, education, development, science and innovations.
Friedrich-Ebert Foundation (Germany)
Friedrich-Ebert foundation was founded in 1925 and is a private non-commercial, independent organization. The goals of the Foundation are: support of the national and international social-politic dialog, promotion of understanding between the people of different countries. Scientific investigation in its own organizations and the support of other scientific organizations, especially in the area of social history, economical politics, labor and social relationships.
National Association of Automotive Component Manufacturers
National Association of automotive component manufacturers - is a corporate association of supplying enterprises that produce automotive components. The Association was founded in January of 2001. From the moment of its foundation, 400 enterprises, institutions and organizations, representing industrial, industrial-finance, research, engineering and other structure of the Russian automotive component sector, have formed part of the Association. The main goal of the Association is to present and protect the interests of the enterprises - the producers of automotive components in the state, social and other spheres on the federal, regional and international levels. The Association is the member of the European Association of Automotive Suppliers (CLEPA) and the member of the Saint-Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Association of the banks of the North-West was founded on 19 December 1989 and is a nonstate nonprofit organization, which unites banks, nonblank credit organizations and other organizations, whose work is connected with the credit-monetary system of the Russian Federation. Now the company unites 63 organizations. Most of them are the banks of Saint Petersburg, including 4 banks with 100% foreign participation and the bank of other cities with branches in Saint Petersburg.
Saint-Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Founded in 1921, the Chamber is still one of the biggest chambers of commerce and industry in Russia. It unites approximately 1000 enterprises and entrepreneurs of Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region. It cooperates with 300 chambers from 70 countries. The main goal of the Chamber - is the assistance to the economy of the region, creation of the favorable conditions for Russian entrepreneurs, protection of their interests, provision of the wide range of business services.
The Association was founded in 2002 in Velikie Luki (Pskov region) to help the Russian enterprises and foreign investors with their businesses and ,also, to increase the investment attractiveness of the enterprises and the region. All Russian enterprises - members of the Association are situated in Velikie Luki. The partners of the Association are the Regional Venture Fund EBRD "Norum-Sofitek", CURVET group, MEP S.p.A., concern FABER and other Russian and foreign firms.
Schengen Club is the first club for Europeans, who live and work in Saint Petersburg. The aim of the Club is the creation of business contacts between the European and Russian businessmen of the North-West of Russia, with an aim to receive valuable contacts with experts, who know the Russian market.
The Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance
The Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance is one of the leading universities in the Russian Federation. Since 1991 StPSUEF has been occupying the leading position in the official rating of the Ministry of Education among higher economic state schools in Russia. The University is not only the biggest educational institution, but also one of the leading scientific centers of Russia. The scientists of the University act as the consultants of the government and the parliament of Russia, and also of the government bodies of Saint Petersburg. The scientists cooperate with banks, funds, investment and insurance companies and other business structures.
National Agency of Direct Investment was founded in 2001 to promote Russian regions and attract investment for their development. The founders of the Agency - Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the State University "Higher School of Economics" and the nonprofit partnership "Center of Legal and Investment Programs". The main lines of activity of the Agency are - assistance to Russian regions in forming favorable investment climate and attracting investment, and, also, assistance to the Russian and foreign companies in the attraction of investment and the business development.
